Jack is one of the guys who keeps everything running smoothly for our plumbers and builders at the trade counter in our Ipswich store. With his knack for customer service and deep knowledge of trade needs, he's the go-to guy.

But when he's not busy making sure our customers are well taken care of, you can find Jack soaking up the sun at the beach, cheering on his favourite footy team, the Roosters, or working on his fitness in the gym.
